Para madali nating maunawaan...Network Marketing is a business that is about Marketing and Distribution.
Ito ay isang paraan ng pagmamarket o pagbebenta ng isang product from manufacturer direkta sa mga consumer sa pamamagitan ng isang direct sales representative or ang tinatawag na indipendent distributor. Meaning sariling pagkilos o aksiyon ng distributor upang makpag move ng product o makabenta ng product. You market Products through pseudo"Mini-Franchises" that when joined, contain the ability to distribute products to people...either Person to Person Marketing, or via shipments through the mail, UPS, or other channels of distribution to a persons home for delivery of products they have ordered from you... or from the company with your distributor number. Ang Marketing Company na may exclusive rights to distribute specific products ay gumagawa ng marketing system at strategies upang mapabilis ang pagbebenta at movement ng product mula sa manufacturer directly delivered to the consumer. Nagpo-promote sila ng product sa pamamagitan ng army of independent sales representative o kaya ay tinatawag na independent distributor upang magbenta ng product na dinadala nila as exclusive distributor. Ang isang independent distributor ay binibigyan ng license or karapatan ng marketing company at nagkakaroon siya ng franchise o business center. Ang license na ito ay same concept lamang sa mga franchising companies na kailangan mong magbayad ng franchise fees upang magamit mo as independent businessman ang license, brand name, marketing system at ang kanilang exclusive rights para magbenta ng kanilang product.
Ibig sabihin ang isang tao ay di pinipilit na magjoin dahil lamang sa referral fees na makukuha ng nag-aalok sa kanya ng negosyo. They are lots of marketing strategy ang puede gamitin kung paano magbenta ng product, compensation plan sa structure ng marketing company. Meron strategy or method na ginagamit katulad ng direct selling, network marketing (networking) at meron din na bagong strategy na tinatawag na interNet Work Marketing or simply, the strategy to capture the consumer, make a sale and marketing online. MLM or Multi-level Marketing as we all know ang pinaka-popular na marketing strategy dahil mabilis na pagmove ng product from manufacturer directly distributed or delivered to the consumer. And more cheaper ang start up cost to set up nag business endeavour na ito. At ito ay accepted sa ngayun globally dahil sa popularity nito lalo na kung ang isang economy ay nasa recession period.
